Piper Industries Inc., a worldwide leader in the production of hydraulic fittings and adapters is looking to grow its team.

General Labor Job Description:

-This is a light assembly role where steady attention to detail aids one to accurately create the highest quality fittings and adapters. On a given day one may be working in assembly, drilling, brazing or shipping. Being able to multi-task is essential. We are a fast-paced manufacturing facility so employees will need to be comfortable with multitasking. On site job training available.

-You will be responsible for following all processes, procedures and work instructions.

-There are opportunities for growth and leadership.

Requirements:

-You must be fast paced, flexible, quick learner, with a good attitude.

-Individuals must be a TEAM PLAYER.

-Prior machining experience, being able to read prints/drawings, and use calipers is a plus however, we are willing to train.

-Employee MUST be self-motivated and at work on time every day.

-You must be passionate about quality and attention to detail are absolutely necessary to succeed in this role.

-You must have good organization skills with timely follow up skills.

-Must be able to lift.

-You must have own transportation and be available for work Monday through Friday, Saturdays as needed.

-You must pass drug screen and preplacement physical.

Benefits:

-Day Shift

-M – F 7:00 am to 3:15 pm (40 hours minimum) some Saturdays

Hours are subject to change depending on the workload.

-Weekly pay, full benefits (health, vision & dental) vacation pay, life insurance, direct deposit. (Full Time Employees are eligible for benefits, including holiday pay, health care, dental, eye med after 90 full days of work.) Employees are eligible for our 401k plan after one year.
